PathShare HR Services Celebrates 15 Years in Business

(Cedar Rapids, IA) October 24, 2023 — GreatAmerica Financial Services Corporation® is celebrating the 15 Year Anniversary of its PathShare® HR Services (PathShare) division. The company started the HR consulting offering in 2008 after hearing about business challenges customers were experiencing. These customer struggles were similar to ones GreatAmerica had worked through on their path to success and so the company created a separate suite of HR services to help its customers with hiring, sales training and cultivating culture.

GreatAmerica and PathShare continue to listen for customer needs and create solutions and consulting services to help. Today, PathShare has expanded its portfolio of services into new areas of training, including Customer Service Training, modernized tools, technology and processes for hiring, as well as additional organizational development offerings including strategic planning services.
