Atera Enhances Platform Architecture and Integrates Business Intelligence into New Billing System

This new enhancement offers Managed Service Providers (MSPs) real-time evaluation of their pricing structure through the billing system.

The company’s new innovative billing system now includes important statistics from the Benchmark. In real-time and across any device, MSPs can view the data featured on the billing dashboard, which compares pricing and performance. This enables MSPs to better understand if they are charging too much or too little for the services rendered.

In addition to the pricing comparison feature, the billing system now simplifies the whole process of pricing, tracking time, billing and invoicing customers. The module will help MSPs save time, increase revenues and improve cash flow.

Atera has also added key improvements and more robust features to its platform, including:

  • New billing module with simple and flexible monthly invoice preparation, including direct integration with QuickBooks and XERO accounting systems
