IRVINE, Calif. (July 8, 2014)—Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. was presented the 2014 Bronze Stevie Award within the Corporate Video category during the 12th annual American Business Awards in Chicago last month. The leading managed print services (MPS) provider and content management solutions innovator secured the award in recognition of its informative and creative corporate video.
Debuting in November 2013, Toshiba’s corporate video serves to define the company’s innovativeness in managing business content. To reinforce this position, the video intersperses images of its award-winning e-STUDIO multifunction products and Ellumina digital signage line to manage all information across print, digital and visual platforms.
“It’s an honor for us to recognize and celebrate such an outstanding class of organizations and individuals,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “The judges were especially discerning this year. All of this year’s Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie winners should be proud that the judges recognized their achievements and their ability to express those achievements in a way that captured the judges’ hearts and imaginations.”
The American Business Awards – open to all organizations in the United States – are one of the nation’s premier business awards program. The award’s name, Stevies, is derived from the Greek word for “crowned.”
More than 3,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Most Innovative Company of the Year, Management Team of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others.
“To have our work recognized by one of the preeminent business award programs in the country, is very gratifying,” said Toshiba America Business Solutions Chief Marketing Executive, Bill Melo. “Winning this year’s Stevie is a true testament to the exceptional creativity demonstrated by everyone involved in the planning, production and development of the video with a special thank you to our partners at Martin Brinkerhoff Associates.” Toshiba won another Bronze Stevie earlier this year within the best sales event of the year category for its LEAD event in Orlando, Fla. last November.
