Ricoh Company, Ltd. has resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors today the partial acquisition of PFU Limited’s (“PFU”) common shares owned by Fujitsu Limited (“Fujitsu”), to acquire 20% of outstanding shares, and consolidation of PFU as a wholly owned subsidiary.
This resolution follows making PFU a Ricoh subsidiary through a partial acquisition of 80% of PFU shares from Fujitsu, on September 1, 2022.
