SCHAUMBURG, IL — May 28, 2026 — Pulse Technology (https://pulsetechnology.com), a technology company serving the IT, Managed Print Services, Audio Visual and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, has promoted Filippo De Frenza of Elk Grove Village, IL to the position of Sales Development Representative Supervisor.
In this new role, he will oversee a sales team and continue to recruit additional sales representatives to help the growing company. As part of his duties, he spends time in the field with sales representatives and helps with the development of the new talent.
Having begun at Pulse Technology as a Sales Development Representative himself, he is very familiar with the role and challenges of being an SDR. In his expanded capacity, he also spends time completing and closing business that his SDR team has initiated.
His sales team helps promote many of the company’s technology offerings, including copiers and printers, IT services, and an expanding Audio-Visual department. Another up-and-coming offering of Pulse Technology is robotics; the company carries a complete line of robots for commercial and other uses.
Prior to joining Pulse Technology, De Frenza worked as a freight broker in Lombard, IL, recalling that the days often lasted 12 to 14 hours in part because of the time differences between the company’s location and the destinations to which they arrange freight shipments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and outdoor foraging. He also creates ongoing videos of his outdoor activities including hunting and fishing, which he posts on Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook and Instagram. He is also a charter captain and runs fishing charters on Lake Michigan out of Milwaukee from April to October. He also enjoys spending time with his family and girlfriend.
