PrintFleet Continues Support of Kingston Hospitals

Ontario, Canada – PrintFleet Inc. has renewed its commitment to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) with a pledge of $10,000 in support of Kingston’s hospitals. The gift will be shared where it is needed most among Hotel Dieu Hospital, Kingston General Hospital and Providence Care.

In 2011, PrintFleet pledged a major gift in the amount of $50,000 to UHKF and has contributed to the Foundation over the past five years. On Wednesday, July 13th PrintFleet presented UHKF representatives Bill Dunford, Director, Leadership Philanthropy, and Marie Mackenzie, Senior Development Officer, Donor Relations, with a cheque for $10,000. To date, PrintFleet has donated $60,000 to UHKF.

The latest donation of $10,000 will be used to support UHKF’s second major fundraising campaign, Extraordinary People. Innovative Health Care. The $65 million campaign is designed to lay the foundation for the next major investment in redevelopment of healthcare for the people of Southeastern Ontario. Susan Creasy, Campaign Chair, spoke about innovation, technology and the goals for UHKF’s latest campaign as well as the expansion of Kingston’s existing healthcare facilities and the construction of the new Providence Care facility for long-term care and rehabilitation. “We believe that UHKF is an organization that benefits not just a few, but everyone in Kingston and surrounding areas, and we are proud to support this organization and their various initiatives in and around Kingston,” said Brian Cosgrove, Chairman and Founder, PrintFleet. “Everyone in the community will, at some time or another, require the knowledge, expertise and resources that our hospitals provide.
