SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI – Chelsey Bode, CEO, and Lee Flood, President, spoke on April 28 about how they built a business structure and culture that’s allowed for 50 percent revenue and 20 percent employee growth since 2020.
Entitled “Define Culture Before It Defines You,” the discussion centered around the four building blocks of a winning culture, how culture drives recruitment efforts and the ways it can drive overall business success. The duo also gave away several tools the Pearson-Kelly team uses to monitor and curate their unique culture including a Quarterly Coaching Conversation template, Organizational Health Checkup for leadership teams and a Team Health Assessment to gauge the strength of internal departments.
