NewField IT Moves to New State-of-the-Art Offices

Twickenham/London, May 19, 2014 – The "Office of the Future" is designed to maximize collaboration to foster even greater innovation.

A key aim and element of the interior design in the new offices in Twickenham/London is the migration towards a paperless environment using state of the art technical equipment to support the digital workflow in signatures, archiving, and accounting creating sustainability and a lower carbon footprint.

A higher glass ratio for greater use of natural light, superior desk and seating ergonomics will optimize the working and creative environment for all the employees.

James Duckenfield, Managing Director NewField IT says “Just as we do for our customers we have used our expertise in assessment and our sophisticated MPS toolsets Asset DB and CompleteView to produce a current and future state design that will optimize our workflow and business process automation.”

NewField IT will implement their own technology as well as third party software for e.g. Follow me printing, two screens per workplace reducing printing volume, strategic placement of filing cabinets and MFD’s.

Duckenfield adds “The higher than forecast growth we experienced in 2013 has shortened our lead time for the move to new offices, using our own expertise and technology means we have delivered an "Office of the Future" to ourselves ahead of time.”
