Springfield, Missouri—Chelsey Bode, CEO, named Lee Flood as Pearson-Kelly Technology‘s president on March 4, 2022. Flood had been Executive Vice President for two years prior to the announcement and part of the Pearson-Kelly Team since 2014.
Since taking the role of Executive Vice President, he’s led our team to see a 50 percent increase in revenue across the board, including growth in all four major lines of business: IT services, business phones, surveillance cameras and copiers. As President, he manages PKT’s five department heads and all special projects. “Lee led our team through the pandemic,” said Bode. “I had a vision for where I wanted Pearson-Kelly to go and he made it happen.”
Bode and Flood hold official titles within our organization, but their roles are defined more by their position within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), the business system Bode and Flood launched in 2019. Bode is Pearson-Kelly’s Visionary. She’s responsible for building the vision and culture of our organization. Whereas Flood is our Integrator. He’s in charge of implementing Bode’s vision and managing the day-to-day aspects of Pearson-Kelly operations.
