Ramsey, NJ – August 28, 2015 – Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is set to launch a new digital sponsorship of custom video content on PGATOUR.COM that expands upon Konica Minolta’s existing Official Marketing Partnership with the PGA TOUR. Konica Minolta is proud to be the Official Multifunction Printer of the PGA TOUR – a relationship that began earlier this year.
Konica Minolta Swing Vision videos will now be archived on PGATOUR.COM. The archived videos can now be accessed on all digital platforms, including desktop, iPhone, Android and Tablet. The video channel will launch during the first event of the FedExCup Playoffs – The Barclays – being held at Plainfield Country Club in Edison, New Jersey.
“This channel celebrates our partnership with the PGA TOUR and acts as a platform for anyone in the world to access the Konica Minolta Swing Vision analysis after it has aired within the PGA TOUR broadcast,” says Kevin Kern, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. “Through this outlet we are now able to share archived footage directly to golf enthusiasts.”
As part of this new activation, Konica Minolta will also be sponsoring the #TOURFix live video chat with TOURAcademy Director of Instruction, Travis Fulton. Golf fans from anywhere in the world will now be able to upload a video of their swing for Fulton to analyze during a live chat. Fulton will answer fan’s questions tweeted to #TOURFix when it goes live on September 3rd and September 30th.
