CHICAGO, IL –May 12, 2016 – Today Clover Technologies Group, the global leader in the recovery, refurbishment, remanufacturing and redeployment of business and electronic assets, announced the release of its 2015 Sustainability Report, demonstrating its commitment to environmental sustainability.
This seventh annual sustainability report highlights the major environmental impacts of Clover’s imaging supplies, wireless and telecom business operations from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. The report demonstrates Clover’s commitment towards improving and creating a more sustainable environment. One of the major themes of the report is the concept of reuse, which is at the core of Clover’s business.
Key findings in the report Include:
· Clover collected over 34 million cartridges and salvaged over 6 million components to be reused in their remanufacturing operations.
· More than 4800 trees were planted through PrintReleaf, a program introduced late in 2015.
· Over $1.1 million in funding was created through recycling partnerships with participating school and non-profit organizations.
· Clover’s wireless operations collected over 6 million devices and diverted 798,614 pounds from the landfill.
