North Canton, Ohio —Visual Edge Technology, Inc.has completed the acquisition of Netwise Resources, Inc., one of the leading independent  Manage Service Providers, Office Solutions, and Document Management dealers in the U.S.

Netwise Resources, Inc. provides sales and services of Managed Networks Solutions, Microsoft, Cisco, Brocade, HP, Konica MFPs, assorted office solution software, and managed print services. Netwise Resources, Inc. acquisition will give Visual Edge coverage across central Indiana.
