*The Aficio SP 5210SF is one of four new printers that represent Ricoh’s first legitimate entries into the A4 black-and-white enterprise market.
At an AMPV of 4,500 and length of ownership of 5 years:
- Ricoh’s new Aficio SP 5210SF is the winning printer with a low TCO of $5,496, followed in order by Lexmark’s X 656de MFP ($5,832), Xerox’ WorkCentre 4250/X ($6,203), and lastly HP’s Laserjet M4555F MFP ($6,515).
- When length of ownership is adjusted to 1, 2, or 3 years, Lexmark’s X 656de MFP falls to the lowest TCO .
- HP’s Laserjet M4555F MFP remains the most costly with the highest TCO at all lengths of ownership.
